Sneak Peek at Cover for Star 82 Review 10.2

I am still reading and viewing for summer issue 10.2. Please do send your very best, something that uses language lyrically and connects to the wider world. If you need a topic, try: journey. If you want to write to the cover concept, feel free (It's a rest area in California along I-5). But really, as usual, there is no theme. (It is for a summer issue, though, so please note that snow poems will ski right back to you.)  Read the guidelines at:  http://www.star82review.com/submissions.html

Star 82 Review 10.1 Is Live!

The first issue of the tenth year of Star 82 Review is now available! It's a special one, with artwork from a selection of NIAD artists, and some excellent writing that touches on our place in the world: mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional. Star 82 Review, Issue 10.1 free online is here . Or if you would like to read a physical copy and support the magazine, you can find one at Lulu here .

Reading for Summer, Star 82 Review 10.2

Although the magazine does not have a set theme, the works for summer issue 10.2 accepted so far have journeys in them. Mental, emotional, or physical, these journeys seem appropriate for summer, traditionally a travel time. Consider this a call for submissions. I ask for imaginative yet heartfelt works, and I would love to see more good fiction and inventive prose poems. Please?
